TOMORROW FOCUS AG achieves significant growth in revenue and earnings over first nine months
Munich, Germany, 05 November 2009 – TOMORROW FOCUS AG, one of Germany’s foremost listed internet media groups, once again maintained its established track record of growth in the first nine months of 2009. Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT and EBT all surpassed the equivalent figures for 2008 by a clear margin. One of the main factors was the extremely good performance of the business in the third quarter of 2009.

TOMORROW FOCUS AG decides on capital increase
Munich, Germany, 15 September 2009 - The Management Board of TOMORROW FOCUS AG (ISIN DE0005495329) today resolved, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to use the existing authorised capital and implement a capital increase of 12.5 percent of the share capital with subscription rights for the shareholders. By issuing 5,890,265 new shares, the share capital is to be increased from its present level of EUR 47,122,125 to EUR 53,012,390. The cash inflow from the capital increase is intended to finance the complete takeover of EliteMedianet GmbH, Hamburg, which operates the premium online dating agency ElitePartner.de, as well as other potential acquisitions. The new shares will be issued at an issuing price of EUR 2.81 per share and will participate in profit as from 1 January 2009.

Munich, Germany, 24 March 2009 – Despite the difficult market conditions, due to preliminary figures consolidated revenue at TOMORROW FOCUS AG for the financial year 2008 showed an increase of 2.9 percent from EUR 74.9 million to EUR 77.1 million.

Tomorrow Focus AG announces figures for the first nine months of 2008
TOMORROW FOCUS AG managed to increase group revenue from EUR 50.6 million in the same period last year to EUR 55.1 million in the first nine months of the current financial year of 2008. This occurred predominantly as a result of further substantial revenue growth in the E-Commerce segment (plus 27 per cent compared with the first 9 months of 2007) and the continued stable development of business in the Technology segment.
